    You NAILED it. In the end, I will loose my youth. I will loose my strength (physical), I may loose many things, but If I can guide my son to a healthy lifestyle that he can reproduce in his children, the I will have ultimately succeeded!

    my husband has lost about 40 pounds this past year and I've lost thirty. Even though we have a long way to go, just losing that bit has given us back a lot of intimacy and energy to do more than just sit around and watch t.v. I'm so proud of him and he helps keep me motivated to keep going. Thanks for the post!

    Congratulations to you both! My husband and I have been together 13 years today and have both gained weight together...Since June 3rd, he had lost 21 lbs and I have lost 14lbs. It feels awesome and we are so happy to be healthy for our 2 children:o) WTG!!!

    WOW! you two look amazing! great inspiration for me and my hubby. He has already lost 50lbs this past year...sadly, I didn't lose anything :sad: But I started using MFP this month and it's been great, especially seeing and meeting amazing people like you two who inspire us all!
