I would just eat it with a fork. I think tuna is yummy all by itself.0
-
I have added diced tomatoes and about 1 tbsp of Kraft sundried tomato dressing.0
-
Spicy Brown Mustard...or Grey Poupon (depending on what class of person you are).
Pardon me, sir....0 -
Lots of thinkgs.
On occassios i mix it with yogurt. Today I'm eating it plan, mixed with cut up homegrown tomatos and cucumbers slightly drizzeld with a vinegerette. Tuna melt sandwhich works too...wheat bread, low fat cheese, etc. I do lots of healthy salads.0 -
Albacore tuna is great just plain, but if I do want a tuna salad I use fat free sour cream, maybe a little mayo, and some dried dill.0
-
I'll mix it with homemade guacamole (which of course is fatty, but a healthier fat than mayo), a low-fat italian style dressing, pickle juice.....there are a lot of options!! I also love to stir in a variety of different veggies.0
-
You could make tuna casserole. Or tuna omelette. It doesn't always have to be in a salad - you can have it hot.0
-
Little bit of Dijon mustard0
-
You can use substitutes I swap out mayo for nonfat greek fage yogurt. My step mom does lite sour cream.
I also love lime and cilantro with diced red or yellow bell peppers and cherry tomatoes
for a mediterranian spin, i use olive tepenade and rosted bell peppers
or if I am feeling fruity i will dice a green apple with some sweet onion, yogurt, a little dijon mustard, and lime juice0 -
salad.. or top ramen noodles, half a block0
-
I add humus if I want tuna salad.0
-
I've never used mayo - alway Light Miracle Whip. Less than half the calories and fat. But I hate the taste of mayo.0
-
I mix it with a little bit of olive oil (but you can omit that)
I also add Lemon Juice
Fresh Ground Pepper
Fresh Dill
and Old Fashioned grainy Mustard.
Alternately I put it on top of tossed salad and use Salsa as a dressing.
If you like Creamy Tuna you can mix it with fat free cream cheese or greek yogurt.0 -
It's good with a vinaigrette dressing. If you want the creaminess of mayo, a little greek yoghurt might work and it will add even more protein.0
-
nothing wrong with a tbsp of mayo....sheesh
Ditto that!0 -

I am indifferent to mayo but LOVE tuna, so I’m mostly commenting to this to read later.0

I mix one pouch of starkist tuna with 2 tbsp hidden valley light buttermilk dressing. Don't miss the mayo at. Slap half of it on half slice of wheat bread, add slice tomato and a lettuce leaf and you have a verry filling sandwich.0

A squeeze of fresh lime juice and some cracked black pepper works really well and gives it an interesting bite0
-
Sweet relish is great.0

I love tuna w/out mayo.
My favorite:
Tuna with diced cucumber, diced tomato, avocado and a little wasabe. Wrap up in wheat tortilla. delicious.
that sounds yummy....

try avacado it very yummy0
-
I like to mash tuna with an avocado0
-
I use a way smaller amount of mayo and then add 3 oz of soft tofu and mush it up. The tofu tricks my brain into thinking there's more mayo in there than there actually is. Then I add onions, pepper and a dash of apple cider vinegar.0
