I would just eat it with a fork. I think tuna is yummy all by itself.

I have added diced tomatoes and about 1 tbsp of Kraft sundried tomato dressing.

Spicy Brown Mustard...or Grey Poupon (depending on what class of person you are).

    Lots of thinkgs.
On occassios i mix it with yogurt. Today I'm eating it plan, mixed with cut up homegrown tomatos and cucumbers slightly drizzeld with a vinegerette. Tuna melt sandwhich works too...wheat bread, low fat cheese, etc. I do lots of healthy salads.

Albacore tuna is great just plain, but if I do want a tuna salad I use fat free sour cream, maybe a little mayo, and some dried dill.

I'll mix it with homemade guacamole (which of course is fatty, but a healthier fat than mayo), a low-fat italian style dressing, pickle juice.....there are a lot of options!! I also love to stir in a variety of different veggies.

You could make tuna casserole. Or tuna omelette. It doesn't always have to be in a salad - you can have it hot.

You can use substitutes :) I swap out mayo for nonfat greek fage yogurt. My step mom does lite sour cream.

I also love lime and cilantro with diced red or yellow bell peppers and cherry tomatoes

for a mediterranian spin, i use olive tepenade and rosted bell peppers

or if I am feeling fruity i will dice a green apple with some sweet onion, yogurt, a little dijon mustard, and lime juice

I've never used mayo - alway Light Miracle Whip. Less than half the calories and fat. But I hate the taste of mayo.

I mix it with a little bit of olive oil (but you can omit that)
    I also add Lemon Juice
    Fresh Ground Pepper
    Fresh Dill
    and Old Fashioned grainy Mustard.

Alternately I put it on top of tossed salad and use Salsa as a dressing.

If you like Creamy Tuna you can mix it with fat free cream cheese or greek yogurt.

It's good with a vinaigrette dressing. If you want the creaminess of mayo, a little greek yoghurt might work and it will add even more protein.

I eat tuna fish several times a week & so I have learned that to not get bored with it I have to kick it up a notch!
(if you have issues with it being too dry then don't drain the can of tuna - just add to it!)

    -Avocado
    -Avocado & Brussel sprouts
    -Cottage Cheese
-Cottage Cheese & lots of Tabasco or Sriracha sauce
    -Spinach
-Spinach & egg - makes a tasty tuna burger
-Laughing Cow 35 calorie cheese mixed in
-Cooked up with a slice of Muenster cheese or Pepper Jack from Trader Joe's on Sara Lee 45 calorie honey wheat toast
    -Touch of olive oil
-Touch of olive oil & artichoke hearts & a bit of lemon juice
-Touch of olive oil & lemon pepper seasoning
-add "Bragg Premium NUTRITIONAL YEAST SEASONING" (Gluten Free) - it has slight cheesy flavor
-Spice World minced garlic (or other minced garlic or even garlic powder!)
    -Hard-boiled egg
    -Broccoli Slaw
    -Feta cheese (organic crumbles)
