            I had 4 beers, a cheeseburger, and popcorn on Saturday night. It was delish. Back to healthy eating on Monday, and my body thanks me.0

            Have you tried garlic butter flavor Ritz? ZOMG. A sleeve and a half in one sitting, easy. With or without cheese, but most definitely WITH wine. Probably my favorite dinner of all time.
I go out for an ice cream every Monday night, all by myself, no matter where I am on calories for the day.0 - 
            I may or may not have eaten Lays Wavy Potato Chips with my hummus instead of the carrots sitting right next to it......whoops.
And I ate my pita chips with peanut butter instead of the hummus I had set out right next to me, hehehehe.0 - 
            Had a piece of dark chocolate, blueberry, brownie cheesecake with a cinammon graham cracker crust a week ago! Felt SO guilty afterwards! But I am happy to say I haven't eaten anything else bad since then!0

Well, good news is that we're not all on here because we ate too much fruit?!?! I wish that was my problem.Yesterday I ate one grapefruit, nectarine, 1.5 pounds of grapes, 3 bananas. Luckily, that's all I had in the house. About 9 serves of fruit. Not good.
I'm snacking all day!!!! Can't get happy

Oreos, double stuff (keep your mind out of the gutter) dipped in milk.....mmmmmmmmmmm!I fit a moderate amount of foods I enjoy into my calorie and macro goals...is I doing it wrong?

            Last nights pan sauteed fish fillets with vegetables and brown rice was followed with popcorn with real butter and a glass of wine. So bad.0

            Snack sized Hershey bars are killing me! I have a co-worker who stocks them every morning. I had 8 on friday! Managed to stay away yesterday and so far today but who knows- there are 4 hours left in the work day and my cravings challenge me minute by minute.0

This is why heavy drinking should occur at clubs. I'm pretty sure dancing poorly while drinking negates the calories.0 - 
            I ate some of the Chicken Tortellini Pasta salad meant for my co-workers on the way to work today (at 6:00am). No fork, just fingers in the bowl, and it was delicious.0
