I agree with some of the other posters...I know this is a fitness site...and people like to show pictures of the their body and results....
But I personally think it's against the Man Code to really want to show off how much you can bench....Means Nothing...IMHO0 -

I'm up to 95 pound dumbbells on the bench which is my personal best. Not sure how it would translate to barbell press. Goal is to bench my weight at 210 using 105 dumbells. Trying to get to that goal by losing weight and gaining strength.0

Bench = 230 * 5
Squat = 365 * 5, I could probably do quite a bit more but I get knee pain any heaver
Dead Lift = 315 * as long as my hands can hold the bar...
Pull Up = idk.. around 30 wide grips0 -

Why would you say that? Weight training has less likelihood of stunting growth than other Activities.
