How full do you fill the muffin cup

i simply roll little balls of meatloaf and drop them in each cup. i push 'em down a bit sometimes to hold the ketchup or A1 topping i use.
since i found this recipe/tip, i've made meatloaf a few different ways, but i always cook it in a muffin pan.:wink:

I love these only I don't do them in muffin tins (to lazy to wash them out) I form them into mini one person loaves. The freeze good to so make a double batch and freeze after they're baked. I'm taking some out of the freezer for dinner tomorrow.
  • This one SOUNDS AMAZING......

Mmm, haven't made these in a while. I make mine with extra lean ground beef (96/4).
I think we'll have roasted potato wedges & maybe some green beans as sides this time. I wore out the meatloaf/mashed potatoes/green peas classic concept & the thought of it isn't very appetizing anymore & that's why I haven't made these in a while. :ohwell:

Absolutely love love love this recipe! My mom never made meatloaf while I was growing up so believe it or not I never tried:flowerforyou: it until I became an adult. II make a variation of this recipe at least once every two weeks. My son gobbles it up and has no idea he is eating vegetables because I chop them so small. Thanks for posting.
