I'm 5'4" and 141lbs at this point I just want to lower my body fat and I'm thinking I my need to drop another 15lbs.0

I am 5.37 really 5"4 I am a thick frame, but hold my weight well. I started MFP in end of Feb 2012 and since have lost 46 pds. My goal weight is between 150-160pds. I know at that weight I am in a size 9/10 and look really good to my standards (just because I have been that size). I think it really has to do with your shape; everyone is different. If I look at the BMI chart for my age and height I should be 107-144 pds. That is nuts! I have never been 144 pds and if I was I would most likely look sick. Just have to work out what’s good for you! Good luck to all you 5"4 ladies out there! I am half way there and not giving up!
Ditto. I'm rather... endowed... and I don't want to lose all my womanly curves, I just want to get rid of my lovehandles, and tone down the my thunder thighs (and arms!) My end goal is 160 - but honestly I'll be doing a happy dance when I hit 175 (my high school weight).0 -
I am 5'4" and my current weight is around 122 lbs. I set mfp goal to 120 lbs, but I am not really aiming for that number specifically. I am mostly working on lowering fat and toning muscle. I think when I get my body fat percentage to where I like it, I will be 120-125 lbs. I started losing weight in February of this year at 150 lbs.0

I'm used to metric but I'm 163cm so around 5ft 3.4inches ... I'm 79.2kgs right now so I'm about 174.6lbs.
My goal weight is what I was when I was 17yrs old : 50kgs so 110.2lbs.
I'm 22yrs old now.
I too have a petite body shape; I've always been predominately hourglass with a petite waist... But lately my belly has been a bit on the round side0 -
I'm 5'4, about 150 right now, goal weight is 135, but I'm not sure how that will go...I have a pretty big bone structure, haven't weighed 135 since middle school, lol, but I am definitely trying.0

I'm 5'3.5" and I'm at 187 now and would like to be at 150. If I need to go lower, I'll readjust my goal when I get there.0

I am 5'4 and I am currently 164. Trying to get to 130.0

Currently 145lbs, aiming for 130lbs, and then 120lbs. I got down to 130lbs a few months ago and then stress + sleep deprivation got me back up to 145lbs. Sigh. Here goes my second attempt! Wish me luck.0

I am 5 foot 4" with a goal of 135. I am medium framed. My starting wt was 172 with a current wt of 162. I will reevalute my goals as I get closer. I am aiming for a toned size 10/12. In my early 20s I was 120 and a size 10. Not sure if I need to be that small at age 38. (My profile picture shows me pregnant cuz I do not have many photos of myself, just sayin).0

I'm a wide framed 5'4" and I'm currently bouncing between 140-142. My ultimate goal is 130 but I will be happy with 135 as well. I still have a "mommy gut" with the weight I'm currently in. I have a plan to start lifting heavy and hoping to drop these last pesky 5-10lbs.0

I am 5'4" and currently at 196. Highest weight before getting on here was 204. My goal is 150. I'd be happy even with 160. I was 135 when I graduated basic training for the Air Force and I looked sickly skinny...not because it's a bad weight...but because I think I fall in to the bigger framed category as well.0

I'm 5'4, started at 175 (highest was 180), and currently weigh 158. I will be so happy to reach 150, ecstatic to hit 140, and if I reach my goal of 135, I'll probably start to cry!
I've been stuck at 158-161 for months now though. Tried eating more, eating less. I've tried exercising more. Next attempt to break this plateau is New Rules of Lifting For Women! Here's hoping it works!0 -
My starting weight at 5'4 was 193. Right now I am about 160. My ultimate goal weight is 145, but my "vanity weight" is 135.0
-
I am 5'4". I started at 196.5, I am currently 159, my "soft" goal is 130. I call it soft because I've never been near that small at my adult height, so I have no idea how I'll look and feel when I get there. So that goal might raise or lower once I start getting closer to it.0

My aim was to get my BMI in the normal range which was a 10kg loss.
Have lost a couple (roughly) so far within a month, so heading in the right direction0 -
I'm 5 ft 4 and I weigh 372lbs =( my goal weight would be 200lbs because I don't want to be skinny but much much healthier than I am now!0

I'm 5'4, highest weight was @ 183 right after having my son. Goal Weight is 115. I'm 123.5 right now, dropped to 104 last summer after the hubs left the kids and I--that was not a pretty sight.0
-
I'm also 5'4. My starting weight was 210 & now down to 195. My goal weight is 150-160.0
-
I am 5.4-5.5" (when I stand up tall ) and my goal weight is 127lbs (currently 136 lbs). Like you, I am very petite (small boned) so high 120s is best for me. As a side note, I started at 192lbs 11 months ago (the day I delivered my 3rd child).0

I'm 5'4", and my weight loss goal is to be 135, but in high school I was 105, which would be good too. I'll settle for 145 if I can't lose any more than that. Right now I'm at 173. (I started at 208).
I am also 5'4 and was around 105 in college (high school under 100, but was really thin). I know I felt my best between 105 - 110. I went from 125 - 120 last year and have been hovering between 120 - 122 most of this year, when all of a sudden I dipped below 120 and have been between 119 - 120 the last month or so. The fact that the lbs are not coming off despite a pretty healthy diet and lots of exercise tell me this is probably where it's going to stay. I would like to get more toned in my upper legs and core, losing more weight is a nice to have, but trying to stay realistic! 115 would make be darn happy, still trying to get there but not beating myself up if it doesn't happen.0
