I'm 5'3". My SW was 247, CW is 222, and GW is 145. At my smallest (almost 20 yrs ago), I was 135 but I was happy between 145-150 (US size 10-12).0

SW: 235
CW: 224
GW: 130
I'm weighing in only on Wednesdays, strength train on MWF with 30 min if cardio and try to fit in 60-90 minutes of cardio
The rest of the time. I usually do end up eating back my exercise calories, so my intake stays between 1400-1800 calories.
You're welcome to friend me to keep us on track, so keep it moving everyone!0 -
I'm 5' 4.5" and looking to land around 135- a fit and toned 135:)0

Maybe I should be aiming lower than 150! Once my doctor told me she didn’t want me under 160. I fall into the bigger framed category though.
My doctor told me the same thing as I have a large frame. As it is people ALWAYS guess my weight 15 - 20lbs light than I actually am. I set a goal for 160, and once I get there I will see how I feel.
Right now I am in a size 12 at 190lbs, so another 30lbs could be a very significant change.0 -
I am 5'4 and 3/4" haha so I usually say that I'm 5'5" I started at 214 lbs and have never been lighter than 189 in my adult life until now. I am 150 now and I used to always think this would be my goal but I am surprised at how much fat I still have on my body! I'm thinking my goal is going to be closer to 120 now! How do you know if you are small framed if you've always been heavy??0

I'm 5' 3 3/4" and my goal is between 120-130. It depends on how I look when I get there.0

5'4", small framed, and happily bouncing between 112-115, but aiming for 108. (Highest was 172, 10 years ago).0

I'm about 5'4.75 and I'm trying to get use to my new height. I actually grew an entire inch this year and it's weird!0

Hi
Like many of the small framed 5'4"s here I'm hoping to go back down to my original 108 - 110 range. I got up to 170 # and since my friend told me about MFP, I have been losing steadily since May 2012. I am now 141 #! :bigsmile:0 -
150 for me..0

I chose my number based on BMI and what I think will be practical because I love to live life and that includes eating! My ultimate goal is to stay below 140 for the rest of my adult life!0
-
I am 5'4" , currently 155. My goal was 140, but now my goal no longer involves a number.. I just want to be ripped & healthy & I am getting there and I have not lost an ounce in 3 months!!0
-
I am 5'4" ... my start weight was 252. Currently at 181. My goal weight is 135 - 140. I would like to get to 126 just for a minute .. so I can say I lost half my weight. But I don't think that's a realistic weight to stay at by any means.0

I am 5'4" and my current weight is 156, I started at 209. I am hoping to get down to about 135ish. I honestly do not ever remember being this small. I am in size 10/12 jeans and a large shirt which is smaller than I was in high school. I don't know how I will look at 135 but that is my goal and I hope to achiveve it soon!0
