    I didn't make it last week. Took 2 days off during the week and I struggled making up the calories. Going to do better this week :)

    Week 1 - 3119 Cals burned (119 over target of 3000) - first week back after a long time of not working out :)

    Week 2 - Goal 3500 calories (making a higher goal :))

    Do you mean just the calories burned such as what my fitbit states? Not clear on what number to post.

    I'm totally trying this after my recent gain of almost 10 lbs in 2 weeks that were extremly hard to lose in the first place!
