I have "only lost" ..... (Insert pounds here) BUT!

I have only lost 48 pounds but...
I am wearing jeans that are 3 sizes smaller and they are starting to get a little loose
I can pretty easily walk a 15 minute mile when it used to take 30 mins and that was a struggle
I can steal jeans from my daughters closet
I can wear XL shirts instead of a tight 3x
I can say no to my friends homemade chocolate peanut butter cake
I WANT to walk now..its not a chore anymore0 -
I have only lost 9 pounds (weight training), but
-I just put on a pair of size 14 jeans - instead of 18
- I can run longer than ever
- I don't get tired as fast at work and I can carry heavier things - feels good to carrry my weight (no pun intended)0 -
I have only lost 54lbs (24.3kg), but....
*I am smaller than I've been since middle school
*I have more confidence than ever
*I feel sexy
*I wear size 4 dresses (UK/NZ/Aus size 8) not 10 (14)
*I wear size 6 pants (UK 10) not 12 (16)
*My tops are small not L/XL
*I wear JUST my bikini - in public pools!
*I have a super HOT boyfriend ;-)
Oh and met and passed TWO of my supposedly final weightless goals!0 -

I am smaller then I was in high school
I wear a size 24 and no longer a size 28
I can walk for 2 hour without a break

I have "only" lost 41 pounds BUT!
I just bought a pair of size 6 jeans when last december I was busting out of size 14's!
I eat healthy by choice every meal and love logging everything I eat!
I seek fun ways to increase my activity and love my barre 3 workouts!
I enjoy hearing from everyone on MFP's forums to hear new ways to stay fit!0 -
woohoo ! Great idea! I've only lost 14lbs,
but I can wear the clothes that are actually in my closet now! I wore a pair of pants I haven't fit into for two years, and they felt great.
l am now aware of what I put into my body, and try to make it as healthy as possible. My fuel should be the best it can be!
I can still treat myself to things like chocolate, which I love, but I've learned how to do so in moderation.
I have gained a lot of friends and support on MFP and that is one of the BEST things!!! (Feel free to add me if you are awesome and commited, btw0 -

And I'm okay with it coming off slow as long as its coming off.

I've only lost thirty pounds, but...:
My bf% has dropped dramatically
The waistline of my pants got as loose as the sleeves of my t-shirst got tight.
I can lift a significant amount of weight in relation to my bodyweight, and I have the energy to continue to push that envelope while maintaining a caloric defecit.
BUT the aspect of body-recomposition that I'm proud of the most is the massive amount of knowledge I gained through my (continuing) journey regardling diet/anatomy/physiology/musculature/supplementation/my own body that, before I came to the realization that a guy my age shouldn't have his own zip code, I was completely obvlivious to and ignorant of. That knowledge has been a helluva lot more helpful than 80% of the stuff on the interweb.0 -

Oh, my gosh-the moment I read about the "back boobs," I grabbed my back and realized-mine are mostly gone now, too! Then I laughed, because that's pretty funny.
