Swimming going good been masters swimming 2-3 times a week, 3 lake swims
Running only 10 miles so far, hurt my heel so not going to make run again0 -

Short on run again this month took 3 weeks off running due to injury
Swim and bikes goals exceeded.0 -
Totals for Aug:
Running = 152 miles
Biking = 357 miles
I exceeded on both of those goals but did no swimming.
Swim training starts on Wed. and I am traing for my first half marathon in 8 weeks.0
