did the 110%, I even ran for 1/2 a mile! So tomorrow low salt! I will have to pay attention to what I eat, I don't even know if I am a big salt eater. I guess I will find out!0

I definitely didn't pass yesterdays challenge. Salt is what I crave!!! Forget sweets and chocolate- if I eat those, I still want something salty. Any healthy, salty snack ideas? I am very low maintenance (as in I don't cook), so something quick and easy if possible!0
