    9/4 - I logged 8 miles in a long gym workout: 2.1m walk/jog, 4.75m stationary bike, 1.15m elliptical.

    This was my third day in a row for exercise so tomorrow will be a rest day! I'm enjoying everyone's updates. :)

    bump for part 2...

    didnt get up this am for my morning run but will walk a little at lunch and do morning run thurs and fri to complete my 12 early am runs in 4 wks....i was up until well after 1130 last night finishing up my freezer meal prep so i knew i wouldnt get out of bed easily at 545 to go for my run...better to get to bed by 10 tonight so i can be fresh when i get tomorrow....hope everyone is having a great day....

    Wow! I'm never going away for Labor Day weekend again! I can't believe we are on Part 2 and I haven't even joined yet!! Well, I'm in for 100 miles this month. I'm hoping to get on the bike more :)
