I am in! I go to jazzercise 3 to 4 days a week and I am now adding treadmill time. This challenge should help. How do I log my miles?

What I see most people doing is editing their own post each day with new miles. I was hoping to do a spreadsheet on Google docs, but honestly don't think I'll have time to maintain it. Hope that helps - probably should have thought it out further ahead of time but I decided to just get the idea out there. I plan to maintain one of my posts.0 -

hi, I am a little late with this challenge also. I would like to join in. Maybe this will be the accountability I need to get me motivated to exercise daily. Instead of walking I will be doing a bike. I just need to exercise!!! I will set my goal to 30 min. 3-4 times a week. Then increase time and days to be at 1 hour by the end of september. I don't have a counter that works on my bike, so I will not be able to keep track of the mileage.0

I'll join. I have been doing C25K so I'll put in what I've done so far.

Fantastic - everyone is doing so well. I'm at 3.75 due to 3 lost days and injury but it's feeling much better and I have a plan to allow for rest and still reach 50. Keep up the great work!

Hi all! It's great to see how wonderfully everyone is doing! I'm going to check out for a couple of days, to get my family moved. I'll walk/jog as planned today and Sunday as planned, and take tomorrow off for the actual move day. Will be wishing everyone great success and fun walks. Enjoy the fall weather and take a hike - wish I could!
I will be back Monday, ready to see how great everyone has done.
