LOST A POUND. Yay, i was very happy with these results because its the first weight loss i've had in 2 week and it took me out of the 190'S FINALLY!!!!! This makes 4 and half pounds I have lost for the month. I haven't weighed this much since my junior year of H.S. I am very happy and more deterimined than ever to get out of the 180's. That is going to be my next goal in the next month and a half. See ya all around.

Sorry I've been MIA - things have been pretty hectic around here. I haven't been exercising, but I have been trying to watch my cal intake. I honestly believe, that as a result of not exercising all week, I feel really run down and tired today.
I have my doctors appointment today, that I made a couple of weeks back. Cross your fingers for me!

Evening all...Had a busy day typing today. I took on some extra work in preparation for my hubby to be out with his upcoming knee surgery. He goes for partial knee replacement on Feb. 10 so I am getting a little nervous. Trying a new chicken broccoli casserole tonight for dinner, will let you know how it goes. Kinda stuck on my weight loss this week. Going to the gym after dinner. Maybe things will move again next week. Patience is not my strong point.:grumble: See ya'll tomorrow.0

Had a great day today. Stayed within calories....made it to curves and burned (according to my HRM) 411 calories in about 30 minutes. I am feeling it.
Right now am just finishing up dinner and watching the tv. Need to go clean up the kitchen......
The tests all came back that yes.....my brother did have a stroke after his heart attack. He is still in the hospital but is progressing well. Has a little bit of a problem getting out what he really wants to say. Dr feels that will come back. Thanks to everyone for all of your prayers and positive thoughts for him. They have paid off.

After my exam today, the doctor explained that what happened was NOT a miscarriage, but was strange. She thinks it was a result of my birth control and told me that if it happens again, to call her so she can change my script. *whew*!

Good Friday morning...Missed the gym last night because I was pooped. Hubby and I are going this morning when I finish typing. Scale hasn't moved this week but my cals were very close almost every day. Gonna cut back a little on dinner and see what happens. I'm not snacking after dinner so far this week! Supposed to snow here today. They cancelled our Cub Scout trip to camp on the USS Yorktown in Charleston because of the forecast of snow for the weekend. My youngest is very sad but it looks like me taking him to the monster truck show will make up for it. Yeah me, so not looking forward to that! Have a happy Friday

This morning has already had an interesting start. One of my employees got something in her eye or something and have already had to run her up to the ER. She is still there so will see what it is when she calls for a ride back! Hopefully just something minor. Hit her all of a sudden.
Stayed within calories yesterday and my workout was great. It's my TOM so I am craving anything and everything. Had my Shake for breakfast and it just isn't doing the trick it feels like. I am going to have to find some determination somewhere in the day to get me through it.
YEAH.....it is FRIDAY!!!! I told my dh that I truly hope that I get to have a full week-end at home this time. No emergencies, no trips out of town. Just catch up on stuff at home!

Just a quick shout before lunch. Going to try Applebee's 550 cal menu, not sure what yet. Today is lunch day with DH. This is the day we go hiking or kayaking when it warms up, can't wait. Hopefully he'll be recovered from knee surgery before warm weather.

Glad everything is good with everyone and their families. Just did a small workout this morning, did level 1 of cardio max for 320cals, and then did 2 circuits of Jillian's No more trouble zones, for a measley 96cals.
Taking it easy this weekend, won't be counting cals much today and tomorrow, but will get back at it on Sunday. Will try to get a workout in tomorrow as well. So far this week I have burned 2765 cals, my goal is 3000 a week, since I only work out 5 days a week. Will check back in later today. Was out last night at friends, and going out again tonight and tomorrow. Hence no calorie counting, will be drinking to many beers maybe lol.0 -

Glad to have you and just jump right in on all of the conversations. We usually have a weekly challenge, but kind of dropped the ball this week as we have all had different dificulties to overcome. Hopefully next week we will have someone throw out a challenge. If you have a great one, don't be shy and share it!!!

We ran out of time and didn't get to go to Applebee's after all. DH spent too much time in the gym. I was finished in an hour but he wasn't so we ended up at Fatz, which is closer to our house, in our yucky exercise clothes! We had to be back home by 2:30 for our youngest to get off the bus. I got a grilled chicken Philly and baked potato. I cut everything in half as soon as it came to the table and got a to go box. It was really good and I ended up with about 550 cals that way too. I hope to get to Applebee's on our next date lunch. We try to go once or twice a month just the two of us while the kids are in school.0 -
Been an ok week, had a great start, and been moving sideways ever since. My weight tends to move around quite a bit depending on my sodium intake. I guess I am like a big sodium sponge. Worked out every day, but I was not as strong this week as I have been in the past. Only ran 3 miles on Tues/Thurs, and had to stop in the middle and walk a bit yesterday (probably from lack of salt :happy: )
Anyway, here I always report the weight from the gym with my shoes and gym clothes but at home I have been coming so close to breaking the 200 pound threshold (without shoes and gym clothes ) On Wed I was 200.0, On Thurs I was 200.0, and this morning I was 200.4. I haven't been a very good eater today, so I doubt tomorrow will be much better, but each week I seem to be making progress.
I am ready for the diet to be over, and I am sick of the cold weather. Hoping springtime and 189 pounds comes sooner rather than later.0 -
Hello everyone. I am back on it as of today, I am going to make the most of Febuary and try to stay on it and focused all month long without going over on my calories. Sorry for the absence, I have been so busy. My hubby and I went car looking on Monday and we got a new Jeep, well it is a 2006, but the person that had it before us took really good care of it and it looks brand new. Tuesday, we had a bunch of errands to do, Wednesday, we had a parent/teacher conference with my daughter Anna's teacher, Thursday, we had to take my daughter to a Pediatric Urologist b/c she has been having blood and protein in her urine, but they said they didn't think anything was wrong with her kidneys and we have to collect her urine when she first thing in the monring after she gets up and take it to the doctors office for three days in a row. Yesterday all we did was ride the roads and we had to have our taxes filled out. So, today I am doing absoultly nothing. I will watch my food but no exercise due to my TOM, I am in so much pain due to the Endometriosis. Anyways sorry to go into all of that, but as you see we have been so busy but I need to focus and no more excuses to eat junk. I hope you all have a great day!!!!!!!!!0

Hello everyone...Just got back from the Monster Jam. My little guy had a blast. It cost me a small fortune but it was worth it. He got his stuffed "Gravedigger" moster truck signed by the driver and was so excited. We had seats right down at the floor and between the fumes and the dirt I need another shower. My eyes are burning terribly. I need to work some today and most of the day tomorrow, so everyone have a good weekend.
Laura...Glad to see you back. Hope things calm down for you this week. Prayers that your daughter is okay.
Jack...You will get there soon. You are doing great! Some days (like today) I just want to eat everything in site and could care less about my weight. It just gets to be too much sometimes but then I get back on the wagon and go again.0 -
Good evening team. Well what a day of house work. Feels good to get things back as they should be though.
Tonight I get a house full of teenage boys. Today is Trevor's 14th Birthday. Doesnot seem possible.. No excercise tonight because they have already claimed the TV....Wii...PS2...X box and whatever else is down there!!!
I am not looking forward to weigh in tomorrow. Haven't even drank my water today. Guess I better go get some.

The sun came out today, I had that big breakfast, and its the weekend, so things are much better today.0 -

Sounds like you did better than me. I was under calories and fat and then I sat down to watch TV. Big mistake. Most nights I have to type and don't get to watch TV, which turns out to be a good thing. I just can't seem to watch TV without eating--first the rest of the key lime cake, then cheese nips. I'm going to bed before I find something else to eat.0 -
Good Morning everyone! I got on the scales this morning and wish I didn't. I am back up to 265.4, however I am not stressing about it, just getting back to what I need to be doing. I have come a long way b/c when I tried to lose weight before, if I would gain I would just give up and gain it all back, but I won't do that now, I know that this is not easy and if I want it I have to work for it. I hope everyone has a great day!!0

Well......sounds like all of our scales are not being nice to us. Mine wasn't. I am back to 164. DAD GOME IT!!! However with TOM I expected it as I didn't make it to curves on Friday cause I was in so much pain, and then yesterday had a fundraiser dinner so you know those are never "low cal". Haven't done any excercise this week-end. Thank goodness we can start a new at anytime. My time is today.
I plan on getting on the wii this afternoon because I HAVE TOO. I feel so much better after I work out.
My brother is doing well. Thanks to all of you for your prayers and well wishes.

Happy Sunday all...Church is cancelled and I'm snowed in. My husband has a 4 x 4 truck, which I drove to the Monster Jam yesterday and somehow I totally killed the battery. I had to get it jumped off when we left the show yesterday and drove 45 minutes home and the battery still wasn't charged. Will have to get a new one tomorrow when DH is off, but it sure would come in handy today. I have no intentions of trying to drive my Saturn wagon anywhere today. Might as well get some work done.

Laura...Sometimes I have to start my "diet" again every day, but winning is the fact that you start again and don't quit.
