I bought the fix it and forget it diabetic cookbook. Tons of awesome food in there!

    Greek Chicken
    Makes 6 servings
    278 calories

    4 potatoes, unpeeled, quartered
2lbs. chicken pieces, trimmed of skin and fat
    2 large onoins, quartered (I used 1)
    1 whold bulb garlic, minced
    3tsp. dried oregano
3/4tsp. salt (I did not add salt)
    1/2tsp. pepper
    1TLB. olive oil

    1. Place potatoes in bottom of slow cooker. Add chicken, onions, and garlic. Sprinkle with seasonings. Top with oil.

    2. Cover. Cook on high 5-6 hours or on Low 9-10 hours

I did not read all yet so I'm sorry if it's already been said, but I have two extremely easy recipes:

    Pulled pork:

One pork shoulder (or any other big pork piece, usually not expensive)
1/4 cup of BBQ sauce (I used Bull's eyes original)
1 onion cut in big chunks.

Put the pork in the crockpot, cover with sauce and the chunks of onions. Put it on low for 6h. You can pull it to tiny bits with a fork and eat it in a sandwich with a little more sauce to taste.

    Beef or Pork "roast"

One pork "roast" (sorry I'm not sure of the name of the cut in english, but it's the same you would use in a roast) OR one beef "roast". You can cook both at a time.
I enveloppe of powder onion soup

You put the "roast" in the crockpot, you cover it with the powdered soup and you fill about half of your enveloppe with water and pour it on. 6h on low.
