  • Did another 51 minutes this morning.

    Have an HRM/GPS unit on order to better measure distance, etc. Probably plus/minus 3 miles, but I haven't measured it. :ohwell:

    Hi All,

    Busy, busy week. Could only squeeze in 30 minutes today. My Sept total sits at 595 minutes. My goal for the month is 1800 minutes. It's going to be a struggle all week to find time to walk - I'll try to fit some in at lunch time.

    9-11 walked for 60 minutes pushing my client. Fit exercise in at work, works for me.

    Hi All,

    I managed to walk for 70 minutes tonight. My total for Sept is 665 minutes toward my goal of 1800 for the month. I'm averaging about 60 minutes per day.

    It's been a long and busy day and I'm tired - off to bed.

  • I think I will try to get in about 15 minutes of walking 2-3x each week. I will probably walk on my gym's track. :D
