    I think I will try to get in about 15 minutes of walking 2-3x each week. I will probably walk on my gym's track. :D

    Walked for 60 minutes tonight. That brings my Sept total to 725 minutes toward my monthly goal of 1800 minutes. My daily average is just under 56 minutes. I've got to make up some time to bring my average over 60 minutes per day.

    I have to say, I'm completely in awe of 'amaizenblue44', above. You are really logging in the miles. Good for you!!
