    I walked 5.36 miles this morning with my boo BigMan4000 and my doggie. WooHoo!

    Walked just 40 minutes tonight. That brings my Sept total to 765 minutes of my monthly goal of 1800. I'm going away for the weekend. I hope to be able to squeeze in a couple of good walks.

    I got in 4.6 miles this evening. Sadly, that was not my purpose when I set out. That is how far I was from my house when my bike got a flat. 20 minutes to ride that far and almost an hour and a half to walk my bike home. Ooh, my little feet are blistered.

    I walked 90 minutes today. That brings my Sept total to 855 - toward my goal of 1800. Halfway through the month and just under halfway to my goal. Not bad.

    How is everyone else doing??

    Count me in. I've joined an Endomondo challenge to walk 100 miles in September. Today, after walking 3 miles, I am at 50 miles, so on track. I've been amazed that I've gone from thinking a 2-mile walk a few days a week was fantastic, to now doing a minimum of 3 miles most days of the week. I still tend to have a break in the middle, perhaps for a bite to eat, but my stamina has increased tremendously. Good luck, everyone!

    62 minutes today - 30 was C25K week 2 day 2.

    9:15 for the month.

    I'm wondering if I can kick it up a few notches and get to 24 hours walked by the end of September. Maybe I'll start doing longer treadmill sessions...

I didn't bring my tennis shoes and got home too late for the gym...going to ZUMBA tomorrow...then to the gym for my 2 miles :smile:

    sorry, I've been neglecting to turn in my numbers....

    I have a total of:

    110367 steps
    7358 average/day
    39613 behind my goal.

    I realize that my goal may be out of reach, but I'm still hanging in there to see where I end up. The numbers have increased significantly because of this challenge for me. It has also spurred me on to be more active in other areas as well.

    Hi Everyone,

    I walked 110 minutes today. That brings my Sept total to 965. My goal for the month is 1800. I am averaging almost exactly 60 minutes per day - so I'm right on target.

    I had a really busy week plus was away this weekend. I was concerned about having opportunity to get my walking done. My plan worked - whew!! The food, however, was a whole other issue. So glad this week is back to normal.

    9/16 - ZUMBA - 1 Hour...Walked leisurely for about 1 mile...burned about 300 calories Yay!
