    ... 5 mile (interval) run @ lunch time! I can't go in the evenings for the next while so I have to do my running during my lunch hour at work! Strange going for a run in the middle of the working day --- I've been zooming about the place since I got back :laugh: Think my boss is pleased!

    September 4 - 7.19 miles biking, 40 mins., 241 calories
    September 6 - 30 mins. Pilates
    September 7 - Walked 2 miles
    September10- Walked 2 miles
    September11- Pilates l hour and add Yogalates 1 hour
    September12- 3 1/2 hours cleaning upstairs
    September13- 8.9 miles biking, 300 calories, 53 mins.
    September14- Sailing, 5 hour trip, first mate duties only ;)
    September15- Walked but didn't track how far
    September16-Sailed back, 5 hours, first mate duties
    September17-Bike, 10-12 light, 9.1 miles, 51 mins. Ave speed 10.1

    2 miles this evening (walking). My pace was slower because my husband and youngest son kept me company. They can't keep up with my regular pace. My dogs just cheat no matter what the pace. ;)
