    Hi Everyone,

    I walked twice today for a total of 80 minutes. My Sept total is 1,115 minutes - toward my goal of 1,800 minutes for the month. I am averaging just under 62 minutes per day. The weather was so cool today, I actually had to wear a jacket - great walking weather.

    The quest continues...

    Great job. An hour a day is a lot.

    Look into the way away the pounds DVD series. I used the 2 and3 mile and lost 10 lbs in 3weeks.

    9/12 - 2.03 miles 31 min 4.0 mph Burned 204 calories TE: 1.5 Whew...LOL
    9/13 - 2.15 miles 32 min 4.0 mph Burned 210 calories TE: 1.5 Glad it's done LOL
    9/14 - 2.10 miles 31 min 4.0 mph Burned 203 calories
    9/15 - REST DAY....couldn't find the time to get to the gym as I went out of town to spend time with FAMILY...I took care of my grandkids, and don't know how many calories I burned running after them...but it was FUN!! I didn't bring my tennis shoes and got home too late for the gym...going to ZUMBA tomorrow...then to the gym for my 2 miles :smile:
    9/16 - Out of Town - no exercise
    9/17 - Tried my best..but ran out of time

    9/18 - Same as yesterday...gotta focus on my exercise...soo this forum PERFECT for accountability. I hope to report at least 3 miles of hiking to a Dam at our local Regional Park tomorrow. Yay...exercise with my cousin since I moved to town a year ago...sheesh!! But better now then never!!

    Total: 16.28 miles - no change for the past 3 days...that will change tomorrow!!

    A whopping 13 minutes yesterday, so I didn't even bother to post.

    Today, 53 minutes, 31 minutes of which was C25K week 2 day 3.

    10:21 for the month.

    Hi Everyone,

    Yesterday, I walked for 20 minutes.

    Today, I walked for 86 minutes. That brings my Sept total to 1,141 minutes - toward my goal of 1800 for the month. My daily average is just over 57 minutes/day. The good news is that I increased my speed today from 2.5 mph to just over 3 mph. So I'm quite pleased with myself.

    Oh and amaizenblue44 - you continue to log an amazing number of miles with great consistency. Such an inspiration!!

    total so far for september : 303 minutes.

    been so busy with work lately. way below my total minutes for where i want to be. oh well, 303 is better than 0.

    I know it's late into September, but I would like to start this challenge. See what I can do for the remaining 9 days of the month. I have already walked for 40 minutes today, at lunch time. I am heading out the door now for another 40 minute walk.

    I walk just about everyday so this is a great challenge for me.

    Hi All,

    I walked for 50 minutes today, bringing my Sept total to 1191 minutes - toward my monthly target of 1800. I walked at a faster pace again today but took my regular route.

    So glad the weekend is here - sleep in tomorrow - hmmm!!! Have a great weekend, everyone. Happy walking! :flowerforyou:

    1.6 miles walked - Mother Nature decided to cut my walk short last night. Doesn't look like she'll cooperate today, either.

    Walked for 45 minutes this morning. Will go for a longer walk this afternoon.
