    Hi Everyone,

    Yesterday, I walked for 20 minutes.

    Today, I walked for 86 minutes. That brings my Sept total to 1,141 minutes - toward my goal of 1800 for the month. My daily average is just over 57 minutes/day. The good news is that I increased my speed today from 2.5 mph to just over 3 mph. So I'm quite pleased with myself.

    sept 20: 35 minutes

    total so far for september : 303 minutes.

    been so busy with work lately. way below my total minutes for where i want to be. oh well, 303 is better than 0.

    I know it's late into September, but I would like to start this challenge. See what I can do for the remaining 9 days of the month. I have already walked for 40 minutes today, at lunch time. I am heading out the door now for another 40 minute walk.

    I walk just about everyday so this is a great challenge for me.

    Hi All,

    I walked for 50 minutes today, bringing my Sept total to 1191 minutes - toward my monthly target of 1800. I walked at a faster pace again today but took my regular route.

    So glad the weekend is here - sleep in tomorrow - hmmm!!! Have a great weekend, everyone. Happy walking! :flowerforyou:

    1.6 miles walked - Mother Nature decided to cut my walk short last night. Doesn't look like she'll cooperate today, either.

    Walked for 45 minutes this morning. Will go for a longer walk this afternoon.

    Just ran across this thread and even though it is late in September, I would like to participate. I walk at least 5 miles almost everyday and this sounds like something I will enjoy.

    Hi Everyone,

    Had a great day today. Went for 2 walks, totally 98 minutes. That brings my Sept total to 1289 minutes - against my monthly goal of 1800. I'm averaging just over 58 minutes per day.

    We're in the backstretch, folks - coming into the final week. Let's keep it up! I can't believe October is around the corner. I think I was complaining about the heat only a week ago!!

    9/14 - 2.10 miles 31 min 4.0 mph Burned 203 calories
    9/15 - REST DAY....couldn't find the time to get to the gym as I went out of town to spend time with FAMILY...I took care of my grandkids, and don't know how many calories I burned running after them...but it was FUN!! I didn't bring my tennis shoes and got home too late for the gym...going to ZUMBA tomorrow...then to the gym for my 2 miles :smile:

    9/17 - Tried my best..but ran out of time
    9/18 - Same as yesterday...gotta focus on my exercise...soo this forum PERFECT for accountability. I hope to report at least 3 miles of hiking to a Dam at our local Regional Park tomorrow. Yay...exercise with my cousin since I moved to town a year ago...sheesh!! But better now then never!!

    walked for 35 minutes this morning. In three days I am over 4 hours of walking. My goal since I started the challenge late, onSept 21 is to walk at least 15 hours before September 30th

    Hi all,

    I walked for 90 minutes today. Such a nice fall day. This brings my total for Sept to 1379. My goal for the month is 1800 minutes. My daily average is just a touch under 60 minutes. If I continue to average 61 minutes per day, I'll meet my goal for the month.

    100 minutes on 9/23 (29 minutes C25K)

    14:28 for the month.
  • I walked alot this month so far, but I will go ahead and join in on this, Gonna start walking where ever I can when ever I can since my body isn't being nice to me when I try to exercise any other way.
