Day5-30
Day6-35
Day7-40

Day 9-50
Day10-55
Day11-60

Day16-85
Day17-90
Day18-95
Day19-100+
I'm sure you guys get the idea now increase squats by 5 every day
I know everyone nay not be able to get to 100+ but just keep repeating the number you can do every day.
Day1-10

So ladies I was thinking we should put our squats in our signature so every time we post everyone can see were you are in the challenge
For example in your signature you can write
30 DAY SQUAT CHALLENGE
start date ___
Day1 -10 squats
Day2 2-15 squats
So on and so on....
Remember the challenge is to start off with 10 squats and add 5 squats each additional day.
I know some of you have started doing more then 10 and that's okay as well...0 -
