    So ladies I was thinking we should put our squats in our signature so every time we post everyone can see were you are in the challenge

    For example in your signature you can write

    30 DAY SQUAT CHALLENGE

    start date ___
    Day1 -10 squats
    Day2 2-15 squats

    So on and so on....

    Remember the challenge is to start off with 10 squats and add 5 squats each additional day.
    I know some of you have started doing more then 10 and that's okay as well...

    ALRIGHT...Let's GO!!

    Day 1 - Done - Did mine this morning in the bathroom before getting my shower (feet together and feet apart).

    The at work I did 30 more, feet together and feet apart while doing my strength training downstairs in the gym.
