    AMAZING! Of my gosh. You're an inspiration to me and some many others that just read your post. I love how you said everyone can do this if they just put in in the time and energy and just like you said....NO EXCUSES! You're motivation for me to keep going on the days where I just want to give in. I want to look and feel skinny just like every other female. I'll add you for extra support and motivation.
