    You look fantastic! Kudos on doing it the hard way! I always have to ask people who lose so much, because it is a HUGE concern of mine (I have a total of 140-145 lbs to lose, from my highest weight): how have you faired with loose skin? Especially the upper arms and legs? That is, if you don't mind me asking, of course.

    thanks everyone..... I AM proud of myself.... but mostly I want each and everyone of you to know that there was no secret weapon here.... it's just a simple matter of correcting our bad habits and believing in ourselves.... it' took me about 18 months over all to lose the first 150 pounds... there were lots of times I back slid and frustrating as it was I had to just get back on the wagon... no hiding behind excuses... and just sucking it up and going forward again......

    you CAN do it....and that's all I want you to take from this!

    Wow, you look fantastic! What an amazing effort! I have only just started on my weight loss journey and can't wait to wake up in the morning without anything hurting and just being able to get a good nights sleep will be so good.
