Hi! I am 5'9" and 242 lbs. My end goal is to be around 150-160. I haven't been that weight since jr. High, so I am not sure how that will look on me. I would love to be friends, been here over a month and I am just now getting to the forums. I'm 5' 2", starting weight was 226. Currently down to 208. My goal weight is around 124 - 130.0 -
I am new around here. I am 5'5" and currently weigh 203 pounds (I think that the first time I have told anyone my weight!). In my past weight loss attempts, the lowest I could lose down to was 142. After that, I could not get the scale to budge. Now that I am 49, I would be pretty happy to be 150, but would LOVE to actually get down to 140. Maybe my ody will allow it this time. Hoping to finally "get it" and make this a real lifestyle change, instead of a diet. Tired of losing 60+ pounds only to gain it back (plus a few extra pounds to boot). I was down to 184, but gained over the summer and now keeping steady around the mid 190's. My goal for now is around 155-160 but considering I'm smaller now than I ever remember being, I have no idea what 160 will look like, so that might be adjusted when I get there.0
