Flourless Butterless CHOCOLATE CAKE

I was hoping it was eggless I made brownies that were made from black beans it was for a boy who was gluten free and my hubby doesn't eat egg he is a vegeterian. I laughed when I saw people eating them.!!
I found this on another site. Maybe this would help?
"Flax Seed makes a great gluten free/vegan egg substitute: 1 Tablespoons finely ground flax seed meal + 3 tablespoons water whipped until it is the consistency of egg; equals one egg. This works well if the egg in the recipe is for the purpose of binding the other ingredients together. If a recipe calls for egg to leaven (rise), add 1/2 teaspoon baking powder."0 -
I recently tried the black bean brownie thing and it worked out great, so I'm definitely going to try this!
I'm intrigued, What is the black bean brownie?0 -

You can copy and paste an entire recipe into Calorie Count. It takes a little bit to get used to, but after you've done it a few times, you realize how to adjust the recipe to fit them, and it's super easy. AND it gives you a whole lot more information than MFP does!

Alright, people. After reading through and hoping someone would say, "I tried it, and it's AMAZING!" I realized nobody has tried it. But, my friends, I have all the ingredients. And so here I go. Off to bake a very strange sounding garbanzo bean cake. I'll report back as soon as I taste it.
