make sure, that you DO watch that broccoli carefully though,
at some point,
it begins to cook/get done
very rapidly,
to DO taste/firmness tests along the way as you are cooking this. I got a bit distracted while cooking this, and did leave the veggie in the oven a bit too long.

I have to try this! I love roasting vegetables but have never tried doing it with broccoli before.

I've made this for decades and it's a huge family favorite. I stirfry it in a skillet as well. It's a bit different that way, but faster. Also try adding some red pepper flakes for a kick. No matter which way you make it, the combination of lemony bite and caramelized parmesan = absolutely fantastic!
