Im 5'6'' and have only lost 26lbs but I went from a 24 to a 16, granted the 16 is still a bit snug but not uncomfortable. You can do it!0

I was a 26/28 and now a 12.0

I was a 24-have lost 30 pounds and am now an 18....with another 95ish pounds to go0

I was a size 14 at 206lbs at 5'6.
Down to size 10 at 160, about 8 months later.
Hope to be an 8 or 6, need to weight lift more.0 -
I started well over 280 and was a size 24. I am now in 258 and barely fit into an 18. I am 5' 10". It's slow - but its progress. It's not going anywhere quick.0

I started out at a size 26/28 and I am almost in a 22. Just keep doing what you are doing and I promise you you will see changes!!!0

5' 7.5 Was a size 24-26. Now 14-16. Goal is a 10-12.0

I started at 271lbs on 06/08/12 and am now at 250lbs. My goal is 168lbs as that would put me in the healthy weight range for the fisrt time since I was 10 years old.
I was wearing size 22 clothes, now I'm in 18/20 depending on stretch factor and shop.
No idea why I suddenly have motivation to do this, I just realised one day that I wanted to lose the weight and have stuck to it so far.
My strategyat the minute is to stay at or below my calorie guideline which started at 1580, then reduced to 1410 and is now 1380, I have joined a gym where I tend to stick to walking on the treadmill, the cross trainer or exercise bike. Mainly because those are the only things I know how to work. I also got a Fitbit for my birthday and I try to do 10000 steps a day.
Good luck and it really is possible. Don't worry about the odd bad day you wouldn't be normal if you didn't want chocolate, crisps etc. every now and then and if you try to avoid them completely you end up quitting the diet. Just be sensible about it, and if you have a treat make sure you can fit it into your calories or you do a little exercise to try to compensate.
You can add me as a friend if you like.0 -

Size 20 to start (maybe some 22's) now in a size 14. Very slow going but at least it's going! Just stick with it, you will get there.0

I'm 5'8" and I was wearing about a size 24 and now wearing an 18-16 and have lost 46 lbs. I have about 20 lbs to go. You can do it.0

I was a size 20 at my starting weight 238, I am now 206 and just in a size 18, I actually tried on a size 16 the other day and they fit! But I haven't started buying new clothes yet.. It gets too expensive to buy new clothes all the time.. I wear a really baggy size 18 LOL
Shop at second hand stores to save money!!!0 -
I was a size 26/28...and now down to mostly 18's...with a smattering of sizes around that depending upon cut and brand of pants... for shirts...mostly xl's and a few plain ol' larges You can see my progress in my pics gallery.... not done yet, but a heck of a lot better then where I started. I can actually get a few items in regular stores/goodwill etc... it feels great you can do it!0

I went from a size 22 at 294 lbs to a size 8-10 at 145 . 5'3". Took about two years and I really didn't put much effort in at all. You can probably do it faster if you push yourself hard.0

I'm 5'1.
HW - 153 (size 11/12)
CW - 118.
So I'm in a size 5!0 -
I am 5'7
I am currently 198lbs and a size 16
I used to be between 135-140lbs and was a size 60 -
how long did it take you to lose over 200 pounds?0
-
I'm 5'7" and started out was in a 28 @ 367 lbs. Now I'm in a size 22 @ 263. I can wear some 20's. Depends on how they're made.0
-
I am 5'7" and at my highest weight of about 235 I was a solid size 18 (but was in denial, so squeezed myself into 16's). Now, at 183 I am a solid size 12. Hoping, at goal weight, I'll be around a 6 in most stores. Keep in mind that the larger size you are the slower you will go down in size. They say every 10 lbs is a size, but it took 20 lbs for me to go down a size at my larger weights.0
