My first goal is 160 which is 14 lbs away from my current weight, but over all my long term goal is 150. If I get to 150 without doing it unhealthy, I'd love to see 145.0 -
My current goal is 135-140lbs that's the weight that my mum and sister are at, and we're all the same height. I think that's where my body should be comfortable, I don't need to be 110lbs!

I'm 5'3. My starting weight was 173 and I'm down to 159 with my goal set at 135. Starting this journey I was wearing size 14/16 (It probably should have been 16, but I was fighting it and just wearing tight 14 pants). Until I turned 21 I was a stick figure who weighed like 115 pounds and wore a small in juniors. Then my metabalism slowed. a few years later when I became obsessed with the gym I was at 135 and back to having juniors fit better than women's. I'd like to get back to that, though I have been stalled between 158-160 for the last month and not sure what to do0

5'3". Started at 142 lbs, wore a size 10 and was approaching 12. Currently 131 lbs, and between a size 6 and 8. Goal is 120 lbs or better yet 110 lbs, however, I have pretty large chest (32F) so I think 120 lbs would be more realistic.
I would still have a slight pudge if I'm at 120 lbs though, I was at this weight in high school.0 -
My goal is 125, but if all goes as planned , that will go up. I'm trying to get back into lifting heavy weights, so probably more like 135 and a lower bf %0

Hi,
I'm 5'3 (3/4in) 29yrs. I've had one baby back in 2010.
Right now I'm 123lbs - Size 27 or 4 in (J Crew).
My initial goal is 115, I would be thrilled to be 112. But, at this point, I'd really really like to be 115.
Before I had my son, I would just hover around 110 - 112, and it was my normal weight.
I'm about a 34 c/d cup.

150-60lbs is the goal weight my Dr. recomended for me. I am not sure if it is an accurate suggestion or what. According to the infamous BMI charts I should wiegh much less than that . . . We shall see where that takes me.0 -

I would like to lose that last bit of weight, but I am more focused on toning right now and bringing my body fat percentage down. I'm a size 4, but I my body fat percentage is 26%!0 -

I'm 5'1 and the lowest I ever weighed was 126. I feel like 135-140 is much more practical at my age. At 126 I was a size 4 but I'm totally happy at 8-10,0
