Good thought & plan except for the UNCOOKED can of pumpkin puree. It would be better to avoid the fat free cool whip (CORN SYRUP BASE), use fat free evaporated milk and bake the pumpkin custard in oven proof custard cups (need to be placed in a hot water bath) when baked in the oven.0
