We worked at the same tattoo shop and we were told by everyone else not to get together with each other, but a few months later we started hanging out. Been together for 5 1/2 years now and gave two gorgeous kids!

we were set up on a blind date of sorts.. it was a 'group blind date'- Julie and Todd had a date and invited 2 of Todd's friends and set them up with a date.. but it ended up being 4 couples. 3 set up and 1 , Julie and Todd, already a couple.
We were the only couple that worked out.

I was 18, he was 26.

I actually met my now husband of two years (we were married on 10-10-10) six years ago on match.com. I signed up for the three day trail - he was at the end of his month trail. I never really signed up ...I went on to look up my best friends ex- he was on there. I accidently met my husband. ... he is the most wonderful man I have ever met....he has made my life complete and makes me a better person. I am most blessed!!!

I met my husband when I was 19 at a night club that is no longer around. I was the girl he found annoying in a crowd of people standing in line waiting to get in making comments on how my toes were frozen. It was during the winter and I was stupid and wore shoes that showed my toes.

His cousin and I exchanged numbers. He called me and we went back to their house and listened to music and chat. My husband was there. I thought he was a prick the first time I met him but this night I was really into him. The next time I seen them, his cousin told him to go pick me up because he knew we had a connection where his cousin and I did not. We been together ever since. 10 years together and 9 years married.

My fiance went to a different high school in a small town about 15 miles away from the small town I grew up in. Him and my younger brother got to know each other through sports, and got my brother to give him my email. We talked and msn messenger'd (haha) for a few months while I was dating someone else.

I broke up with that someone else and the rest is history! We started dating when we were 16 and have been together ever since! 7 years strong this December, and a wedding in our very near future!!!

We were in the same audio engineering program and were in the same lab group. We became fast friends. He had blue hair and was a punk rocker. He was the furthest thing from my type...until I got to know him. 16 years later, I couldn't be happier!!!

i met my bf of 2 years through friends...his friend was "dating" my friend and we hit it off when we all hung out one night. now our friends don't talk anymore and we are still together.

i dont really qualify we split last night... but im going to tell my story anyway...
we kind of met in a chat room... sort of... it was a room for the city i was living in, id been going in there a year or so, so knew all the regulars quite well went on holiday for the summer and when i got back dee (one of the regulars) was quite forceful in making me talk to this "new guy" .... one of the mean girls (you know what i mean if youve ever been in a chat room...) was trying to get her claws into him, dee wasnt having it she met with him went for coffee had a sneaky kiss and decided he was a good one ...decided i was a good one... and wanted us together... we met properly at a birthday party for another member... went on a date to the cinema, and well he was perfect and lovely and everything was brilliant,

unfortunately i finished university and had to head 150 miles back down the country, the road got a little bumpy then. we argued a little had a break, but it was too good to let it go. We managed another year after i got home making it 3 years and one month after it all started it came to an end with
"Would have loved to spend the rest of my life with you. I just can't spend it apart from you."
who knew such beautiful words could hurt so much.

met my boyfriend at university, the first time I met him I thought he was cute but thought nothing of it, the second time i turned him down to go to his birthday and then he added me on facebook chatted a lot got back to uni and was pretty much inseparable from then on! we lived together for a year but split up due to him finding a job elsewhere and not wanting to drag me there but got back together because we literally can't live without each other it's been 3.5 years, hoping to move back in with each other in the next year

I met my partner at a mutual friend's wedding. I was actually found him very annoying when we first met, but I did think he was geeky cute. We exchanged numbers that day and started hanging out and studying together at the university library. More than nine years later, we're still crazy about each other and have a beautiful five year old daughter.
