    How do I add my miles ticker to my page?? I made one at tickerfactory.com ... and here's what it gave me to cut and paste... <a href="http://www.TickerFactory.com/exercise/wweStiR/"&gt;

    But I don't know where to put it here in MFP to have it show up on my page or in my posts.... and also from tickerfactory I clicked on the part to post it to my facebook, but all it did was take me to my facebook page... didn't add a ticker anywhere... booo :-(

    Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I'm going to go do a few miles on the elliptical now, hope I can figure out how to put that info on a ticker when I get back...

    I normally don't do this, but I need to PUSH myself, so I'm posting that I will do 3 miles tonight on the elliptical! This way my guilt will get my butt on that stupid machine, as opposed to staying on the sofa :)

    Tomorrow is my day off from work, and I spin first thing in the morning, so i will let you all know if it worked for me when I come on to post my spin miles.

    I have never done this challenge, but I need something (or someone) to kick my butt this month. I did 4 1/2 miles today on the elliptical. 6 days per week/4 miles per day=24 per week. Think I will make 100 miles my goal!

    I don't run, but I do bike every morning and walk in the afternoon. I'm setting the following goals for myself for October:

    200 miles biking (right now I'm biking 6 miles per day x 31 = 186 so that's just 14 more miles a month)
    40 miles walking (right now I'm walking 30 minutes at 2.5 miles an hour x 31 = 38.75 miles)

    It's not a huge increase, but it will keep me accountable! Let's go!!!

    Just throwing up my ticker....I kicked my month off in a big way this morning by biking 15 and running 1 1/2 miles!

    Well, y'all are makin' me feel like a goal slacker, but I'm going to join anyway. I have health/physical issues. But lets focus on what I can do!

    My goal is to walk at whatever pace is possible 45 miles this month; 1.5/day average. I am also going to lose 10lbs...but that's another thread. LOL

    OK, my goal was to run 177 miles in September; I got 190. Well this month I have the Marine Corps Marathon on the 28th of October and have to figure in the taper....hmmm, guess I will shoot for 150 this month.

    Got a 5 mile run this afternoon (1 Oct)

    I'm in! I am just starting out. My goal is 3 days a week, 2 miles per day, 6 miles per week, 30 miles for October 2012.

    I just did 6.9mi on the elliptical... now I'm going to try to add a ticker to this comment to see if I can make it work... wish me luck :-)
