    Hot herbal teas. I drink decaf green tea during the day. Chamomile tea whenever I need to relax. It's comforting. :)

    Walden farms alfredo sauce & dremfield's pasta. Sauce has 0 calories, pasta has 5 net carbs. Throw in some broccoli and chicken/fish/shrimp and it's my favorite dinner. EVER.
    How the EFF does alfredo sauce 0 calories? I put so much cream cheese in mine that its way more than that.

    low fat frozen yogurt with lots of fruit on top from those ridiculous fro yo chains that keep opening up

    Good bread -- preferably homemade.

    I realize that some folks who are insulin-resistant or gluten intolerant may have a different view on bread, but I've had no problem losing and maintaining my weight with regular bread consumption.

    Walden farms makes all types of things 0 calorie- salad dressings, dips, chocolate/caramel sauce, alfredo/marinara sauce.... check the site out, search for Walden Farms. Read the reviews before you buy their products though, some are chemical-y tasting. The alfredo and marinara sauces are good. I always add in spices and veggies and whatnot to make it taste like the real thing.
