    I HATE my before pics (who doesn't?), but I'm in a sharing mood, so I'll join in.

    My highest weight was 370lbs, I avoided the camera like the plague then so I don't really have any good pics of myself at that weight... which is unfortunate looking back on it.

    Left: 300lbs | Right: 180lbs

    I weigh 178lbs now, looking to get down to 170.

    First is my niece's wedding on January 1, 2011, I weighed in at 245 lbs with a 38 inch waist. The second is after my first triathlon on May 5, 2012, 170 lbs, 32 inch waist.

    I guess it's been around 6 months now. I did 5 months straight of P90X, and now I go to the gym 5 days a week.
