Fell really behind this week in getting that second workout in. I also figured I would burn more calories doing Insanity. On to the next week.

Sat. 571-running walking, 10 min stretching, and 25 min-30DS
Sunday.690-running(extra long run-40 minutes), walking, 10 minute Hatha stretching
Week-3508, just barely making the 3500 calorie burn challenge.
This week I had to push, and sweat alot to keep this challenge. This was the first time doing Jillian Michael 30DS and extra cardio with her. I opened a folder in my hotmail, and then copied and pasted her workouts from Youtube, sending then to myself. Now I only have to open my exercise folder to open and workout with Jillian. Her workouts "Kick-Butt", for real!
I will be aiming for 3500 Calories burned every week.0
