I mix it with avocado or with a little bit of salsa. Sometimes spicy brown mustard and horseradish. I also tried it with fat free sour cream and hot sauce and it was really good. As you can tell I like spicy stuff.0

1. Less miracle whip, a bit of mustard, hard boiled egg, dill relish
2. Salsa
3. Plain
I must try the avocado. I love avocados.0 -
Oooo Salsa....that sounds interesting!0

Tuna fish, white balsamic vin, lemon juice, your favorite hard grated cheese, avocado, a spicey or milder chili pepper finely chopped, small amount of minced garlic, cilantro, mint , S&P. You can also use a a grain like Quinoa instead of avocado. Or Cous Cous .
Also like tuna and lemon pepper seasoning in a tomato half or avocado half toppped with a sprinkle of curry or tumeric. Both are reported to be anti cancer and help sore joints. Add a little Dill on the vegetable for color and flavor if you like it.0 -

I am trying my tuna with salsa tomorrow for the first time for lunch. I just slapped it together and it looks kinda funky but I'm keeping an open mind! I will definitely be trying it with avocado as a few people suggested!0

This is my favorite non-mayo tuna recipe - http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes/mediterranean_tuna_antipasto_salad_for_two.html I use chickpeas, decrease the olive oil and use chopped kalamata olives instead of capers because I don't like them. Works on it's own or in a whole wheat pita!0

Tuna Patties
1 can drained Tuna
1 Egg ( i sometimes remove the yolk if saving calories)
Small Portion of grated chesse
Chilli flakes
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and split in to servings.
Lightly oil a frying pan (i use fry light spray)
Make into to patties, try to get rid of excess egg by using your hands to squeeze the mixture together in to pattie shape.
Fry on until golden brown the flip and repeat.
SOOO nice to have with baked beans or salad and packed full of protein.
Low in calories and really filling0 -

I'm making that tomorrow!0 -
I've made tuna salad with plain nonfat yogurt instead of mayo. It's a little weird since its sweeter and it works much better to make chicken salad. Try using plain nonfat greek yogurt since it has a tangy taste to it. I like eating tuna salad on lettuce instead of bread also.0

use light mayo use about 2 tbl spoons for a can0

I eat it plain out of the can. My favorite is the sweet and spicy tuna on a salad. Very yummy.0

I generally eat it out of the can, plain. I also really like canned Salmon, you can get it in cans the same size as the tuna fish.
I like to have a singe whole wheat tortilla along side my tuna or salmon.0 -
Cottage cheese
Mustard
Nonfat, plain (or greek) yogurt0 -
I mix with fresh tomatoes! I also like to add the convenience pack of tuna to a side salad from McDonald's and add 1 pouch of lowfat Italian. Makes for a lite lunch during the day when I don't have time to pack a lunch for work!0

I had to figure this out recently too!
I have found that one can of tuna with about 1 tbsp relish, 1 tsp dijon mustard, 1 or 2 squirts of lemon juice, and a pinch of tarragon (if you like) is quite good. I didn't think I'd be able to get used to tuna without mayo but it works! i hope you find something you enjoy!0 -
avocado, I also add some dill relish for flavor.
This.^^^ Tunacado! One of my faves!!0
