{Easy but Delicious} Chicken Tacos
4 large chicken breasts
1 cup chicken stock
1 can Rotel (or salsa)
1 packet taco seasoning
*Cook on high for 2 hours, low for 3. Shred chicken when tender.
I skip the tortilla shell & opt for a bed of lettuce instead. Enjoy!0 -
