In what proportion are the ingredients? Also, how did you make the sauce? Thanks a bunch!
I sure wish that MFP had a better way to transfer this information from my account!
Here are the proportions I used to serve 4 people-- and have leftovers-- along with the (calories):
Certified Angus Beef - Top Round London Broil, 32 oz. (1,520)
House Foods - Tofu Shirataki Spaghetti, 8 container (8 oz ea.) (320)
Generic - Bean Sprout, 4 cup (74)
Mushrooms-Sliced Fresh - Mushrooms, 8 oz (28 g) (53)
Bok Choy - Bok Choy, 2 cup (70 g) (18)
Broccoli - Raw, 2 cup, chopped (60)
Generic - Green Onions, 4 stalk chopped (12g) ~1/8 bunch (12)
Kroger - Lite Soy Sauce, 4 T (60)
Kame - Oyster Sauce All Natural, 3 Tbsp (16g) (60)
Kikkoman - Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce, 4 tbsp (60)
Iron Chef - Sesame Garlic Sauce & Glaze, 4 Tbsp (120)
Generic - Large Egg , 3 Large Egg (210)
Total: 2567 calories for the batch
To make the sauce I just mixed the ingredients in a coffee cup and dumped it in.
Sorry it took me so long to get this info to you.
Enjoy!

It's a 6 pound batch that serves 6 people, so weigh out a pound and it will be about 425 calories.
Enjoy!

The noodles have such a high tendency to stick together and clump up.. Anyone know of ways to separate them?0

The non-tofu ones do that a little more than the tofu ones. I just dump them in a colander, rinse with hot water, and massage them under the running water. They separate pretty easily that way!

Thank you so much0 -
Question... When you say you dry out the noodles, are they then crispy? Do you have to rehydrate them? I want to try these sometime soon! Thanks!0

Shirataki is responsible for kicking me off the need for pasta.... I purchase this in bulk at my local Asian grocery store.
Thanks! I was just getting ready to ask if it would be at my local asian grocer. They are less than 5 minutes away from my house. Might have to go see!

No, just dry them on the outside. They should NOT be crispy. They should remain "noodlish" (new word).
Enjoy!

Kroger has them...and most "Asian specialty" places will have them. If not, they will know what they are and usually order them for you.0
