Would like to join for November..got a race tomorrow (HM)
Can I join with a goal of 50 miles0 -
Back to back good weeks... including a 15 minute personal best on a 10 mile run this morning!
Week 1: 16.6 miles
Week 2: 23.7 miles
Tue 10/16: 4.2 miles
Wed 10/17: 6.2 miles
Thu 10/18: 4.1 miles
Sat 10/20: 10.0 miles
Total for week 3: 24.5 miles
Total for month to date: 65.8 of 90 miles
Still on track for my goal of 90 for the month.

On my 5K today, that I ran with my DH, son and my bestie runner friend, I finished 18 seconds slower than my best 2012 5K time - BUT it is the best time since my stress heel fracture (July 15). Super happy, wish I had pushed harder up that last hill though. Tomorrow I am doing a half marathon, but I am running that at a leisurely pace (I hope) to build up my mileage0

The best way to join is to look for the check-in thread when it appears in the group here:

you will need to join the group first. The first check-in thread usually appears the last week of the month (October), and the group fills up with-in the first week of the month, so if you time it right, you should have plenty of time to join the group!
