    5'3" - goal is 136, but i will be thrilled to get to 165, which is overweight rather than my present status as obese - makes a world of difference for my health.

    I'm 5'4 ashamed of my current weight so I won't list it :) .My goal weight right now is to get 160 but my overall goal is to get to 130lbs..If I can drop more that would be great but I would only like to get to maybe 125 lbs .Hard to do but I'm trying to get their..

    I'm 5'4''. 9 years ago I weighed 104 pounds, and while I loved it, no one else around me did. I'm at 187.5 (as of this morning) and I'm first looking to get back to 145 and see how I feel from there. It was A LOT of work to get to 104 (and stay there for nearly 3 years until I got pregnant with my son) and with a full-time job/kids/their activities, I don't have the 2 hours a day to devote like I did back then. I am working on it slowly though :)

    I'm 5'2" and my goal weight is 125-130. That will probably put me in a size 4-6. I'm currently at 149 and in a size 10.

    I'm 5'4" and right now I weigh around 128lbs. My goal weight is 115lbs. Currently, I wear a size 27 (or sz 4-5) in jeans. I'd like to be able to fit into a size 26 though.

    I'm 5'4'' and right now my goal weight is 180. I want to see what I'm gonna look like when I get there and then decide how much more weight I need to lose. 180lbs is the point where I want to start leaning up.

    I'm 5'4" with a small frame. I currently weigh 117 but my goal weigth is 108-110 lbs. because I feel the most comfortable in my own skin at that weight. Im in a size 3/4 right now but want to get back into my 1/2's.

    Hey fellow shorties!!! I'm 5'3 but I'm 5'6 when I'm lying about my height or when I have platforms on!!! I want to weight 120. I was 120 at one time and hated it because I felt like I was too skinny. But I just want to get there again as a challenge. Then I may gain a few more pounds back!

    I'm 5'3" and my current weight is around 135 lbs (I'm not weighing for the whole month of October), and my goal weight is 115-120 lbs. I want to build more muscle, so we'll see where I end up.

    I'm 28 years old, 5'4" and I currently weight 132. I gave birth to my daughter 10 years ago at 136 lbs to this is very big for me. My goal weight is around 118-120. I mainly want to fit into my size 26 jeans and look a lot better in my clothes.

    I'm 5'4 and some change. And my goal weight is about 108, I'm currently at 116.5
    But I have a small 25' stomach and some big hips and boobs for sure.. I just want to mostly
    tone up. I'm eating protein and alternating weight bearing exercise like pilates and
    weights, and then cardio like weighted hoop dancing, zumba etc. I want to tone
    up whether I lose weight or not. I'm about a size 2 now and would like to be a zero.
    I would say that is too little for my height except that I have a tiny frame, and 108 looks
    normal on me.. any one with tips on how to SERIOUSLY tone up well without
    bulking???

    Oh& Let me know if you need any dietary advice, mine has been fine-tuned
    by a dietician and has worked wonders for me even with hypoglycemia..
