3,500+ Calories Burned Challenge: Mon, 10/22- Sun, 10/28

Welcome everyone to the 3,500+ calories burned challenge. This weekly challenge has been going on for over a year now and it's open to everyone! So nice to see so many new faces these last few weeks - hope it continues; people are setting higher goals and getting more calories burned!

This is a weekly challenge to meet 3,500+ calories burned. You set your own calorie goal for the week (even if it's below 3,500 - you can work your way to that goal!). Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other than push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such an inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

    y so?...r u having any workout issues or physiological ones then consult ur fitness trainer.........for any individual cal target of 500 KCals on daily basis is minimum requirement which can be done for fitness reasons and to lose 1/2 pound after a week ......

    Go for 3500 atleast , u can do it, just find an hr for workout in ur daily routine n u r thr..........

    My goal has been 600 a day. So I'll keep my goal and commit to at least 3500. I've made 600 a day for the last 2 weeks, so lets go.

If someone could verify that I'd appreciate it, love to stay motivated to log all my foods each day to get that deficit to keep track of the weekly total. Thanks for the motivators!

    yup this is excess cal burn thru workout eg; in gym, u can watch the numbers......
    u will burn bmr calories without dng anything need nod had to log it asat........:smile::smile:

    gr8........butif u can do 600 a day then y r u keeping target below par...........?

    try to go over ur current target of 4200 then..............go for 4500.........u can do it easily.....:smile:
