Hi everyone, Well today I am on day 15 so half way through the shred!!!!!!! I did my measurements 10 days ago and again today so here they are

Who in the heck said level 2 was easier than 1 was smoking funny cigarettes! At the rate I'm going I'll be on level 2 til May!

Well I got home from work at 7am today and slept for about 2-3 hours. When I woke up I did my weight an measurements & realized TOM had arrived!!! UGHHHH. then put my shape-up sneakers on & went to my weight loss Dr before going shopping and running errands. My Dr. said i should be weighing myself everyday and that once you are on a more consistent calorie schedule your body shouldn't flucuate weight everyday. So I guess I'll start weighing myself everyday or maybe every 2 days haha. He also said I should not be eatting my exercise calories and that is probably why my weight loss slowed down. So I'm going to try the tips he gave me and see how that goes.
Well after shopping ALL day I realized I hadn't eatten ANYTHING so we stopped at a pizza place and I had a 6 inch eggplant parm sub since I have been craving that. So hopefully that doesn't mess up my weight loss this week. But I didn't do level 2 today. I really wanted to and who knows I may still even do it a little later tonight, but if not then I'm not worrying about it too much it will just be my 1 rest day. But surprisingly I feel sooooo weird not working out for a day!
Anyway it looks like everyone is having such amazing results from this shred! It's great! Here are my results:

According to me I've gained 2" in my hips since starting but that is way wrong. My clothes are much happier and I can see the shrinkage in the mirror. D12-L2 BABY!!!!!!! 12 Days in a ROW!!! I feel like I can't stop!! I wanted to take a day of yesterday but didn't , and here I am still going!! Ummm can't say it got easier today, but I got through it!! Those planks are still kicking my butt! I would rather do3 rounds of the push-ups from level 1 then those plank push up things...
Where are you guys...what's going on in your world on L2 or L1!!!0 -
Hi I'm still hanging 0n in here, don't post everyday but do do the shred everyday, I am now on L2 D16 and I'm enjoying it (sort of) more each day!!!!!!! I also look at all the posts everyday and everyone is doing sooooo well!!!!0

UGH! My day is never going to end...I went to work at 5:30 this morning..helped to unload truck, plus did my work I needed to do. Got off at 2:00 pm...just got back from the grocery store, the girls are due home from school any second...and DH has decided we are going to dinner at 4:30(in about an hour)...and I still need to shred..I am itching to do it..lol...don't have a ton of energy left but I am going to try to sneak it in tonight (somewhere between homework and laundry...ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh)0

I really really really didn't want to shred today... but I did!!!! D11L2 complete and I'm hoping that it's going to get easier. Those planks are killing my shoulders but I pushed through the pain! Not looking forward to tomorrow's shred but I made a commitment and in a few days I'll be half way done! YAY!0

L2D4....that's 14 days straight...I was exhausted tonight..and I did more modified moves than normal, but I still did it! Half way there!
I bought the Biggest Loser Cardio Max today..I plan on giving it a try Tuesday and Wednesday(my days off!)

D11/L2 DONE...barely....but DONE. I hate this level and I don't think I'm making the most out of my workout just for the simple fact that there is hardly a circuit that I can get through without resting. I'm considering going back to level 1 but will continue shredding no matter what. I can hardly do ANY of the stupid plank exercises. UGH!!!0

I totally hear you!!! It is a tough workout, but I believe it will get easier...and if not "easier" then doable. DON'T give up!!! Keep pushing through L2, you can do it! If you go back to L1 it really isn't preparing you for the plank exercises in L2.. Just do what you can, and modify the rest (that's what I'm doing).. If you feel like you need to add another exercise after then do that to supplement the burn that you feel you are missing. It will make you stronger in the long run to push through it unless of course you are experiencing pain.
Keep pushing!!! Let us know how it goes! You can do it!!:flowerforyou:0
