  • I've reported you for hate speech.

you keep saying that. I don't think you understand what hate speech really is.

almost being attacked by a dog (very old golden retriever)

It ran at me, walked around me and it took a good 5-6 times for the owner to get the dog back on their property. I WAS ON THE SIDEWALK ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STREET !

This^, this made me cry...tears of laughter.

A book I am reading, Terror By Night by Terry Caffey. It's a true story about man and his family who were shot by his daughter's boyfriend and he survived. It's absolutely heartbreaking.

    The prejudice in this country.

    ESPECIALLY against white people.

Yeah, we white people have it SO hard. </sarcasm>

Why are you being racist against white people? Who are you to say that we don't have it just as difficult as anyone else.

Your hate speech has been reported!

Your self loathing and ignorance has made me cry.

Report away baby! Can't build a rep until I've been banned on MFP a time or two. :smokin:
  • Was going to call off work because I felt sick...decided to tough it out, only to slip in the shower and crack my knee. Layed on ground and let myself cry for a minute before getting back in the shower and going to work.

Thinking about moving "forward" for the next four years. The only thing I've seen move forward over the last four years is the amount of money we owe other countries.

A daycare mom (friend - grew up with as kids) dropped her 3 kiddos off (ages: 8,5, and 11 mths) and said her husband left her. It made me realize how blessed I am to have a wonderful hubby! My heart broke and to hear the little girls talk about how their dad moved out is hard to listen to!

Saying good-bye to my son at the airport. He is in the ARMY and is set to deploy end of the year...He was just home for a visit (went by sooo fast). Lord knows I tried to keep a stiff upper lip for him, but this good-bye was especially painful. He just kept giving me hugs ....walked a few steps...turned around, came back and hugged me again. The clincher was when he was walking into the terminal with his pack slung over his shoulder...he called my name.....I looked at him and he simply blew me a kiss. I am very proud of my son.
    Aw...man..I am crying again.

Aw man, I was going to say I hadn't cried...but my 11 year old wants to join the Air Force or Marines (he don't know which yet..) and just reading this makes me CRY!

Thank you to your family for your sacrifices!!!!

My dad forgot what would have been his and my mom's 47th wedding anniversary. She died 2 years ago next month. When I called to acknowledge their anniversary, he couldn't talk because he was on the other line with his new girlfriend. I know life goes on, and I'm trying to be happy he's happy, but it makes me really sad for my mom.

Saw a lady at Walmart with no hair, a ball cap on, and a sweatshirt that said "I Fight Like A Girl". I really wanted to tell her some words of encouragement but I was speechless. Instead, I cried a bit to myself.
