Looking for preferrably large framed women of those heights with their before/during/after pics for some motivation. If you could also post what body frame you have if you know, that'd also be great. Thanks in advance!

Im going to lurk this post. I am actually 5'11 and 3/4 an inch so i mind as well say i am 6 feet. I dont have any pictures except with a sports bra on and shorts and i dont wanna show that. LOL. I have lost 100 pounds in my life and kept it off mostly with a few BUMPS such as 5 years ago when i quit smoking i gained 25 pounds then got pregnant a year later and gained another 40 but only 20 was fat. In 2010 i lost it and have kept it off...
until now. Two months ago i started gaining and i'm back up 13 pounds so my boyfriend and i are back on track this week. I am not backing down. We are doing the insanity program five days a week and also i'm still going to the gym about 3 times a week when i can for jogs/light weight workouts.
What are your goals?11 -
Jen... you've already seen my before/after shot, but I'll share it again for others participating in this thread.
I'm just a hair under 5'9" and currently weigh 136 lbs. I suppose I have a mixed frame - my shoulders, pelvis and ribcage are all spacious and would lead you to believe that I have a large frame. But my ankles, elbows and wrists are all quite delicate/tiny and fit within the measurements of a small frame. So, who knows...
In the 'after' photo below, I weighed about nine more pounds than I do now.

Thanks, UpEarly!
And to reply to Meredith, my goal right now is 160-170 and afterwards I plan on toning to get down as low as I can get to get a flat enough stomach and to where I feel good at, weight wise.3 -

I'm 5'11" and totally lurking this thread!5

I am 5'10.5"
SW 203 lbs
CW 165 lbs
GW 160 lbs or maybe less, we'll see when I get there.
It has taken me 10 months to get to where I am now so it's been a slow journey, but one I am very proud of. I can't wait to see how far I can go and look forward to getting rid of the rest of the fat and loose skin, but it's going well so far.
Good luck to all of you!
Edited to adjust pic size.127 -

I'm 5'10, these pics are from 370-290 (sorry, I'm only halfway through my journey). I have a pretty large frame. My sister has a similar frame and at 5'9"/180 she wears a loose size 8. Also, sorry I'm not smiling. I swear I'm not a mean person, it just looks that way in these pictures but I'm too lazy to take new ones. Hope this helps.24 -
If you have facebook. look at Ashy Bines Bikin body challenge, the pictures there should be motivating ! I go through the pictures to motivate myself, although I have no intention in joining the program ahahha2

I am 5'8" and full hipped. Carry a lot still in my lower half, but things are looking better!6 -
You are in luck, as I just did a before/during photo & thread last night. Haha.
I'm 5'10 and have a very solid frame! I am still kicking myself for not doing a 'proper' before pic - I was just too insecure! I do have a photo from that time and have paired it with a recent one of me in a similar pose (and the same coat! Haha), holding my daughter. The Before is this January at 272 lbs and my then 15mo - the During was 2.5 weeks ago with my now 2yo and I'm about 191 in that pic.
I am loving all these pictures, ladies! Keep up the good work! I know how hard it is to be tall AND big! We can do it!
And I personally have been so jealous of shorter ladies who can lose a smaller amount and have it be really visible. I lost 50lbs and ppl barely noticed! It's the last 30lbs that ppl have commented... like, seriously?! hahah30 -
I'm 5'10 and 203 pounds. I have huge hips and thighs.... but I am physically fit as I do BodyCombat and BodyPump. I struggle to get anywhere near the recommended BMI for my height. I'm just going to monitor and see how I feel. I have already lost 17lbs before starting today. Thanks xxxx6

I'm 6' and started at 187lbs now down to 173lbs. My goal initially is 168 and I'll see how I feel when I get there, however a few years ago I went to WW and they gave me a goal of 154 which I did achieve but found it really hard to maintain and I looked ill. in teh end they actually revised their own target weight for me to 161 which I stayed at for a couple of years and I have been back down to that a couple of times since. This time though I am not relying on dieting, I'm eating healthily with the occasional treat but exercising loads. I spent almost 3 months doing step with weights, cross trainer and push ups, sit ups etc which has made a huge difference and now I'm 3 weeks into P90x. Not a massive weight loss but my fitness is improving almost daily and I don't have loads to lose!
First photo was taken in May 2012 and the second ones were taken about a week ago. Still plenty of toning up to do but I'm pleased with how far I've come in under 4 months.27 -
I'm 5'9" with a medium frame. I weigh 145 (give or take a few pounds, I fluctuate quite a bit). I wear a size 6 in most clothing labels. I've maintained this weight for about 14 years now. Was a size 16+ a long time ago. I have numerous pictures in my profile. One before pic and lots of after pictures. Good luck ladies! I love being tall and rockin some sexy heels9

I'm 6ft with a large frame. I have very broad shoulders and hips, and all my weight goes to my thighs, stomach and upper arms. I'm still 25lbs away from my goal (150lbs) but here are my before and during pics.
Before - 220lbs
During - 180lbs
And in these I'm 220 in the pics on the left and 175 in the ones on the right:
