    Resting heart rate of 60 or less.

    To lift more than my body weight in all 5 of my lifts Squat, Dead lift, Bench press, Overhead press, and Bent over row. As my strength increases and my body weight decreases the two will meet and I will achieve my goal.

    To be able to climb Shadow Mountain, which if you saw it you would laugh cuz it ain't that high but for me it's a dream of mine to make it to the top without falling on my buns!!!
