Looking at the effort involved in posting a photo on Myfitnesspal.com, what is the calorie-burn usage for posting photos?

I'm always happy to show mine. I've lost 45-ish.

Here is my before and during. First photo was in 2009 at about 225. Second photo was in 2011 at my current of around 188. I am aiming to be about 160 but I will see once I get closer!

So I had a baby in Sept/2011 weighing in at 246lbs, and I didn't take any pics of me at that point really. Anyway the pic on the left I was when i was 203- In January 2012, and the one on the right was me yesterday at 178.

I have about 20 lbs to lose to my first goal weight, 30 lbs to where I'll be SOOO HAPPY. and look like this again I was about 150 something here. I have always had hips and a booty, so I don't mind that at all, I just wanna look this tight again ! soooon...sooon!!!

Cheers to all of the awesome posters in this thread and thank you all for inspiring me!! I am 5'7 and I started out at 190lbs. I am now 138lbs and I am currently working on building up my muscles and not caring what the scale says anymore.

LOL. I felt the same way when I was learning how to do it. I post mine from photobucket. Open an account (free) there and upload your photos, then resize them (I find the 600 - 500 range is best), copy the link and repost it here but change the IMG on both ends to img.
