What did you eat? A pound of muscle weighs more than a pound of fat.
Why would anyone eat a pound of muscle?0 -
Just curious why you didn't weigh halfway through your lunch... I mean if you really want to be obsessed with the scale, you need to go all the way or go home!!0

1 pound of food outside of your body = 1lbs of food inside. It doesnt dissapear.
The first rule of thermodynamics is you don't talk about thermodynamics.0 -
2 cups of water will make you appear to gain 1 pound. See the video below:

Weight yourself. Drink 2 glasses of water, and immediately after weight yourself again. Voila, 0 calories = 1 pound. It's not your weight, its the weight of the food and water inside your belly. Processed or not.0

I weighed myself before and after lunch, I gained 2.5lbs
My lunch was only 1000 calories, I also had several glasses of ice cold water (0 cals)
I guess the rule does not work with me, in my case 1000 calories is actually 2.5lbs
I salute the awesome magnitude of your troll0 -

But celery is negative calories (-3500 per pound) and has positive weight
1 pound = -3500 calories
-1 pound = 3500 calories
So if we all eat 35,000 calories we should lose (uhh I mean loose) 10 pounds!0 -
