I still have a lot of thighs, but a lot less than I used to. I'm 5'5 and 40 years old.
July 2010, about 152#
Today, 135#

Stephanie! Awesome job and a great motivation to me, I use to weigh 140 but had a baby and weigh 163. I look very similiar to how you use to look. I can't wait to get back down to my normal size! Great job!0

I carry all of my extra weight (when I have extra weight) in my hips, thighs and butt. But weight training has proved to help change my shape.
5'4" 130-ish pounds (probably more like 135 but I didn't weigh myself back then).
Now - 112 pounds and drastically lowered the hippy-ness and thighs!
Wow you look amazing!! How long did this take you? Im currently around your start weight and my goal weight is 112 too!0 -

I hope this works....only posted a pic once before, and I screwed it up. LOL...and you all look FABULOUS!!!
Damn....edited to say sorry for size, I dont know how to fix it. :frown:0 -
Thanks all. For those who asked it took approx. 5 months to lose the weight (I actually got down to 105 pounds initially) but I have been 'perfecting' the shape for 3+ years via weight training. I've learned a lot and now I just keep it going! Diet + weight training + HIIT for cardio (3-4x a week lifting and 2x a week 20 minutes of HIIT) is the way I continue to keep in shape. I'm in the gym for 5-6 hours a week.0
